In the past, a video surveillance system served akin to a security guard sitting in a booth watching a live camera feed, hoping to catch any suspicious activities.
The system has since evolved and has been upgraded to a software in which you may monitor video feeds around the clock, alerting you if something abnormal occurs. Video analytics will help improve your surveillance system by making it more efficient, saving time and effort.
It will aid law enforcement in tracking and identifying persons of interest as the software can identify people based on gender, size, walking speed, and other distinguishable factors.

Ability to trigger a call to action, bringing relevant events to the forefront and allowing for a quick review by those individuals who may provide an accurate risk assessment.
Using heat map surveillance features to identify crime hot spots, track activity levels, and create strategic action plans in accordance with the threat level.
Automatically searches and tracks vehicles, individuals, or any other moving objects in the defined zone.
Is able to detect if a twenty-four [24] hour recording appears abnormal and/or suspicious without human supervision in residential areas, parking lots,
harbours, etc.
Detects if individuals, vehicles, or any other anomalies are traversing the
defined virtual plane.
Region entrance / exiting / loitering detection such as to prevent people, vehicles, and other various objects into a defined / restricted zone.
